Assembly
Tying the double drop rig (chicken rig)
Wet every knot before you cinch it down. Dry mono cuts itself as it tightens.
Cut 36 inches of 30 to 40 lb monofilament for the rig body.
Tie a barrel swivel to the top end.
Tie a snap swivel to the bottom end.
Tie two dropper loops in the rig body, spaced 12 to 15 inches apart.
Attach a long-shank hook to each dropper loop by passing the hook through the loop.
Clip a bank sinker to the bottom snap swivel.
