Message terms

  • Frequency: recurring and variable — alerts fire on conditions, so a good week sends more messages than a flat one. Expect a handful in a typical week, more during a run.
  • Cost: PierCast does not charge for the texts. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
  • Opt out: reply STOP to any message and they end immediately. Reply HELP for help.
  • Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent: agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything.
